poor cleaning noise isolation

The room i had was not properly cleaned. I found some hairs in the bed. the noise isolation was also poor. I could clearly hear toilet flushes from other rooms. this significantly affected the stay, especially at night.

the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels i appreciated that. joshua at reception was very helpful he answered all my questions. the location was fantastic providing easy access to nearby amenities. i especially liked the breakfast it was good with variety.

i noticed the tv offered mostly spanish channels which was a slight drawback

the room had a sea view balcony (room type was double sea view balcony). the breakfast included a bit of everything. the hotel offers lockers to keep belongings after checkout.

the room lacked a proper wardrobe, providing only drawers and a clothes rack.

The reception staff helped me change to a higher floor. That was nice. The location is excellent! The coffee machine in the room made really good coffee.

The quilt on the bed lacked a cover.

the hotel has a perfect location right in front of the sea. the staff was friendly and spoke good english, which helped a lot. my room included an amazing balcony overlooking the sea!!! the bed was comfortable.

finding parking nearby was a bit difficult, but i managed.

sea view balcony friendly staff excellent location air conditioning noise poor water pressure parking shortage

The room had a double sea view balcony, which i found lovely. The staff seemed friendly from when i arrived to when i left. The location was excellent and very close to the sea.

the air conditioning barely worked and made quite a bit of noise. There wasn't much water pressure in the shower. The hotel LACKED parking, inconvenient.
